No,  we have to deliver and set-up. The delivery and set up fee starts at 75$, if you are in a 15 miles radius from 60625. After that, 2$ per mile will be added for delivery and setup.

CAN I PICK UP THE DECOR MYSELF?

We store the flower walls in a warehouse, which is not open to the public. However, we encourage all our clients to meet us for an in person consultation, so we can customize everything based on your needs. This is also a good time to see all our samples.

CAN I VIEW THE Flower decor PRIOR TO THE RENTAL?

We accept quick pay, check, cash, and credit cards. There is a 3% charge applied when paying with a credit card. Because we rent our decor, we also require a credit card on file.

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

All our flower walls are custom made, so we make sure they fit your style and  personality. However, if you require different colors than we currently stock, it is considered special order. We need 3 months notice and there will be an extra charge.

DO YOU MAKE CUSTOM Flower WALLS?

Yes, we do provide up lighting, at an additional charge.

DO YOU LIGHT THE Flower WALLS?

The flower walls on our website are our entire collection at this time.

DO YOU HAVE ANY OTHER flower WALLS NOT listed ON YOUR WEBSITE?

We are happy to deliver to events outside of Chicago. The delivery and set up fee varies by miles.

DO YOU SERVICE EVENTS OUTSIDE OF CHICAGO?

All walls measure 8 feet high by 8 feet wide. Please contact us for extended sizes..

HOW BIG ARE THE Flower WALLS?

We don't have one! We have been a part of charity galas,  baby showers, bridal showers, weddings, product launches, corporate events, and more!

WHO IS YOUR TYPICAL CLIENT?

We strongly encourage our clients to meet us for an in person consultation. This is the time when you can see all our samples, and customize everything based on your needs. During the consultation, we will also tell you all about the booking process. However, we also provide consultations by phone. In order to secure your date, we require a 50% retainer fee and a signed contract at the booking time, with the remaining balance due 1 week prior to the event.

HOW DO I BOOK?

Once we have unloaded the wall, and are inside the venue, set-up takes approximately 1-hour. Take down is 1/2 hour.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SET UP THE Flower WALLS?

Yes, and we can create a custom sign for an extra charge.

CAN WE HANG A SIGN ON THE Flower WALL?

Our flower walls start at $500 for a 3 hours rental time, our hoops and arches at $349 and our centerpieces
at $85 for 3 hours events.
